Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital service

PaperCraft provides on-demand digital question-paper generation and downloadable educational materials. No physical goods are shipped.

Before payment

You can review the paper preview and displayed price before purchase, subject to preview limitations. You may cancel before completing payment.

Refund eligibility

Contact us if you were charged twice, payment was captured but access was not granted, the service failed to deliver the purchased paper, or the generated file is unusable due to a technical fault. We will review the issue and may restore access, regenerate the affected paper, or issue an appropriate refund.

Quality concerns

Because generated assessments require teacher review, a difference in preferred wording or difficulty does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will review substantive generation defects or incorrect outputs fairly.

How to request

Email support@papercraftedu.in with your account email, paper ID, payment reference, and a description of the problem. Do not send payment credentials or card details.

Processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank and provider processing times vary. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation

You may stop using PaperCraft at any time. There is currently no recurring subscription to cancel.
