Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, and securely hashed password; assessment preferences, generated papers, and service usage records. We also retain payment transaction references and entitlement status. Payment card and UPI credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by PaperCraft.

How we use information

We use information to provide teacher accounts, generate and deliver question papers, manage purchases, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and maintain service security. Selected syllabus inputs and generation instructions may be processed by an external AI service to create assessments.

Sharing and processors

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, AI generation, and payments. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet service is completely secure.

Your choices

Contact support@papercraftedu.in to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, subject to lawful retention requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

Children

PaperCraft is designed for teachers and adult account holders. Do not submit students’ personal information or confidential school records into paper-generation fields.

We may update this policy and publish the revised version on this page.
